Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
- General Conditions
- The Black Tap VIP Rewards program (“Program”) is offered at participating Black Tap locations and is subject to availability.
- To participate, customers must sign up for the Program via in-store registration.
- The Program is open to individuals aged 18 and older, and is not transferable to any third party.
- Earning Points
- Points are earned at a rate of 1 point per £1 spent.
- Points are awarded for qualifying purchases only and do not apply to taxes, gratuities, gift cards, or other excluded items.
- Points will be added to your account after completing your transaction.
- You can view your points in your mobile wallet.
- Tier Structure
- The Program has three membership tiers: Bronze (0-499 points), Silver (500-999 points), and Gold (1000+ points).
- Your tier status is determined by the total number of points you have accumulated.
- You will receive an email notification when you reach a new tier
- Rewards and Benefits
- Birthday Reward: Members are eligible for birthday rewards once they reach the required points in their tier. Birthday rewards are valid for a limited period (either one day or one week, depending on the specific reward).
- Exclusive Rewards: Members can enjoy free items, discounts, VIP access, special events, and other exclusive rewards based on tier level.
- Bonus Points: Members can earn bonus points for specific actions such as signing up, referring a friend, engaging on social media, or celebrating a birthday. These bonus points may be offered periodically, and conditions will be communicated via email and other channels.
- Reward Redemption: Members can redeem rewards as specified for their tier. Rewards are subject to availability and may be adjusted at any time.
- Bonus Points and Special Offers
- Members can earn bonus points through certain actions, including but not limited to:
- Referring a friend.
- Celebrating their birthday at Black Tap (will be added manually for group bookings).
- Group bookings
- Engaging with Black Tap on social media
- Earning points during promotional periods (e.g., double or triple points for specific items or purchases).
- Bonus points may also be awarded for specific events, campaigns, or social media actions as announced.
- Reward Validity
- Points will expire every year from the date of your sign-up. Points not used within one year from the date they were earned will be forfeited, and no compensation will be offered.
- Specific rewards, such as vouchers for freebies, will have an expiration date. These offers must be redeemed before the specified expiry date, or they will be forfeited.
- Rewards must be redeemed within the specified time frame, or they will be forfeited.
- Customers will receive an email notification in advance before their points expire.
- Reward Redemption and Limitations
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash, and rewards cannot be transferred to another person.
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for other items or offers.
- Rewards may be subject to change or substitution based on availability or Black Tap discretion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue rewards at any time.
- Tier Advancement
- Your tier level will be determined by the total number of points you’ve accumulated. Once you reach a higher tier, you will begin enjoying the benefits associated with that tier immediately.
- Tier points reset every year from the date of your sign-up anniversary. Your tier status will be based on your points balance at that time.
- Communication
- By joining the Program, you agree to receive communications via email and mobile wallet regarding your account, rewards, and promotions. These communications may include updates on points balance, new offers, and upcoming events.
- You may opt out of promotional emails, but account-related communications will still be sent.
- Account Management
- You are responsible for managing your account and ensuring that all information is accurate. If any details change (such as email or contact information), please update your account promptly.
- Black Tap reserves the right to close any accounts with suspicious or fraudulent activity.

- Black Tap’s Rights
- Black Tap reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
- We also reserve the right to refuse to award points, benefits, or rewards if we suspect any misuse of the Program.
- Black Tap reserves the right to change, update, or cancel these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated through available channels.
- Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Tap will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the Program.
- Black Tap is not responsible for any technical issues, failures, or delays that may affect the availability of the Program or the tracking of points.
- Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
- Any disputes arising from the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
